Flipkart has launched a sale exclusively for smartphones, named End of Season Loot on Mobiles Sale, a week after the Diwali sale ended. The new Flipkart sale on mobiles started at 12am on Wednesday and runs through week, ending at midnight on Sunday, October 28. As part of the sale, the e-commerce startup is providing flat discounts, no-cost EMIs, and exchange discounts. For purchases made via HDFC Bank credit cards, the Flipkart sale offers 10 percent instant discount up to Rs. 2,500; the sale is being called the Mobiles HDFC Fest as well.

Flipkart sale offers on mobiles

During the Flipkart End of Season Loot on Mobiles Sale, the 32GB iPhone 6 is available at Rs. 23,999 (with a discount of Rs. 5,501), while the 32GB iPhone 6s is offered at Rs. 29,999 with a Rs. 10,001 discount. The 128GB iPhone 7comes with a flat Rs. 15,201 discount and is available for Rs. 49,999, whereas the iPhone SE is listed for Rs. 18,999 (normally priced at Rs. 26,000). The biggest discount among all the iPhone models is on the 32GB iPhone 7that is available for as low as Rs. 39,999 with a whopping discount of Rs. 16,201. You can also pick the 64GB iPhone 8 for Rs. 60,999 (originally priced at Rs. 64,000) or go for the 256GB iPhone 8 Plus by paying Rs. 84,999 (launched at Rs. 86,000). There are more iPhone offers listed on the sale page. The discounted prices mentioned do not include the additional 10 percent instant discount for HDFC Bank credit card users.

Facebook  on Friday announced a new feature to make it easier for users to order meals from nearby restaurants and service providers without leaving the social network. A new "order food" feature rolled out for US users lets Facebook users order delivery or takeout from restaurant chains such as Papa John's and Panera, and on-demand services including Delivery.com and DoorDash. "People already go to Facebook to figure out what to eat by reading about nearby restaurants, and seeing what their friends say about them.
